Dr. Eloecea received a PhD in Clinical Psychology (1988) from the Graduate School of Psychology, Fuller Seminary, Pasadena, CA. In addition to private practice, she founded and served as Executive Director of a non-profit mental health agency for foster children and their families in Los Angeles County until her retirement in 2007.  She holds a Master of Arts in Indigenous and Inter-Religious Studies (2019) from the Vancouver School of Theology. 

In 2007, Dr. Eloecea began receiving hints that she was being prepared for something more. In early 2020, she received specific information telepathically that continues to unfold today as Intergalactic Connections. 

“I have known for many years that I was here to experience ‘heaven’ here on earth, to be a path to a higher level of consciousness. While my path has been through a religious/spiritual perspective, there are many ways to remember who we really are.

I now realize that enough of humanity must open to Unity/Christ/Buddha Consciousness in order to receive our Intergalactic neighbours publicly and safely. This is how it all comes together for me…creating these stepping stones that will prepare earth to welcome other Star Nations and take our place in Intergalactic affairs.”
