A New Way Of Being

What would it be like to live in joy in every moment? To love and be loved? To experience satisfaction and fulfillment? As human beings, we tend to think we are at the mercy of our environment. From government to teachers, from significant others to neighbours, someone else is responsible for how we feel and what we do. What if that were not so? What if you are the one creating your moments?

This is the New Way of Being…accepting your role as creator and choosing to create a new you and a new world around you. A world based in love, compassion, forgiveness, respect and harmony that begins within yourself. This is living in Unity Consciousness. From a spiritual perspective, we are co-creators with the Divine. Transformation is the heart of most of the world religions. Our Journey Into Joy is a message of hope and an opportunity to transform your life. Are you willing to let go of your old beliefs and create a new you?

In your early years, your neural pathways were formed from thoughts, beliefs and behaviours of those around you. Now you are an adult. Now you have the opportunity to create your own way of being. You can shift your life experiences from self-judgment and catastrophe to something self-nurturing and filled with new possibilities.

What if you began sharing these new tools with those around you, not as a teacher or preacher, but as a new way of being together. Many contemplative practices can be experienced with others. Shared Time, walking, music, even moments of silence can enhance any relationship. You could create a game together or with your children, sharing the new tools and checking in with each other or agree to do so with a friend. You might ask how they are using them: “How many new places did you remember to breathe deeply today?” “When this old pattern came up, did you recognize it? Did you remember you had a choice?” The possibilities for modelling and passing on the new are endless. Have fun!
